Sodium gluconate

Sodium gluconate is a kind of sodium polyhydroxy carboxylate, also known as: sodium pentahydroxyhexanoate. The appearance is white crystalline particles or powder. It is very soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, and insoluble in ether.

Application
